Units included within this qualification are:
301: Health and Safety in a Dog Grooming Environment
302: Promote the Welfare of Dogs conforming with Relevant Legislation
304: Assess and Plan Dog Grooming Styles and Maintenance of Equipment
305: Health Checking, Handling and Canine Behaviour
317: Prepare, Style and Finish a Selection of Dog Breeds

You will be continually assessed in the salon via practical demonstration and coursework, meaning you don’t have to sit a daunting exam to achieve the qualification.

This course will leave you confident and competent to style a selection of breeds to client requirements. But for those keen to continue learning when this qualification is completed, the additional fee for the additional 16 days training and registration on the iPET Network Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management.

This course and qualification is available to those from the UK and internationally, who are able to attend our grooming schools in Ayrshire Grooming Salon for the practical training element.
